We want you to feel confident ordering GripShell. Here's how returns work.

Unopened items — 14-day right to cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@mechfitness.co.uk to arrange this.

Opened or used items
Because GripShell is a product worn in direct contact with the skin during use, we're unable to accept returns once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items
If your GripShell arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at info@mechfitness.co.uk within a reasonable time of receiving it. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, and this applies whether or not the item has been used.

How refunds are processed
Once we've confirmed your return or claim, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
