How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive 7–14 business days after shipping. Shipping is free to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Italy.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Every order ships with tracking, sent to you by email once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

How do I choose the right knee brace size?

Measure around your thigh about 5.5 in (14 cm) above your kneecap with the knee slightly bent and match it to the size chart on the product page. Between sizes? Choose the larger one.

Is the knee brace a medical device?

No. It's a support and comfort product and isn't intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have an injury or ongoing pain, talk to a doctor or physical therapist.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where available. Checkout is secured by Shopify.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible at bartummtc@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.
