If something isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

1. Email bartummtc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as returns sent to the wrong address can't be processed.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we'll confirm by email and issue your refund or exchange.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, clean and in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Wrong size?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it for another size.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.

EU and UK customers

This policy doesn't limit your statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
