Free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Italy.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a shipping email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time

Typical delivery is 7–14 business days after your order ships. Times are estimates and can run longer during holidays, peak seasons or customs processing.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If you haven't received your tracking number within 5 business days, email us at bartummtc@gmail.com.

Multiple items

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
